Koch defies crisis
We also felt the effects of the Corona crisis and had to reduce our capacities at short notice and go into short-time working. Nevertheless, we used this time to emerge from the crisis stronger than before. To this end, we restructured and changed some processes in the company. An expansion and relocation of the polishing and grinding services was set up in our new Hall 3. A spatial extension and redesign was necessary for this. We also had all polishing and grinding machines overhauled. Our employees thus start in new splendour and with new ergonomics to Corona. Furthermore, we have used the time to work on our weaknesses. For this purpose, we welcome a new colleague from 15.06.2020, who as technical manager will be responsible for the organisation, technical support and better service to the customer. This interface was a weak point in our company in the last years and we hope to get positive feedback from our customers.
