Our special competence
With our special expertise, we manufacture drawn parts and deep drawing parts, also on a contract basis, up to a maximum tool size of 4,000 millimetres. You can choose between the following materials:
- Stainless steel
- Non-ferrous metal (Copper, Brass)
- Aluminium
We are particularly well known for our expertise in the field of deep-drawing parts on progressive toolings. Here we offer you a production range from millimetre-sized precision sleeves to deep-drawn parts several centimetres long and up to 5 millimetres thick. With our special expertise, we will be happy to advise you in detail and work with you to produce the optimum deep-drawn part for your application.

And we do this successfully – our drawn parts are used, for example, in the structural and bodywork in the automotive industry, in propulsion technology or in various household appliances.
Depending on the customer’s requirements, we also offer various surface finishes with the help of external service providers:
- All common coating processes such as painting, galvanizing and powder coating
- Trowalizing, cleaning, polishing and grinding
- Surface coating, e.g. by nitriding or current induction
- Tempering (hardening)
