01 Project management

Efficient organisation and precise production planning
Effective project structures for our clients – especially in the automotive industry – as well as ever shorter cycles of product innovation require effective project management. We keep an eye on the technical feasibility, as well as the deadlines and costs.

Using powerful ERP software, we manage production planning, including machine allocation. Our fully integrated CAD and CAM structure, streamlined organisation processes and consistent quality management are additional tools of our successful project management as a modern toolmaking company.

02 Construction & development

Integrated 3D solution for all process steps
Our customers expect precision and a long tool service life, as well as short delivery times. We meet these demands for quality and efficiency. Punching, bending and progressive tools, components and special machines are fully developed and designed on our premises, on 3D systems and by experienced employees.

General CAD/CAM solutions
We use the software package VISI. VISI supports all the stages of the toolmaking process – from component processing, board determination with sheet thickness analysis, strip layout and tool design, to cost-effective production. As a general CAD/CAM solution, VISI is unique for tool and mould making. The comprehensive range of interfaces enables us to work with almost all of our customers and partners. Our customers appreciate the presentation (by means of a laptop and a projector) of the 3D layout.

03 Tool making and try-out

Tool making
We make punching, bending and drawing tools – also on commission – measuring up to a maximum of 3,000 mm, in sheet iron, stainless steel, non-ferrous metal, and aluminium. We make punched parts with a plate thickness of up to 5 mm. We have special expertise in the field of progressive tools. Our production spectrum ranges from the millimetres-long precision sleeve, to the deep-drawn component which is several centimetres long and up to 5 mm thick, for the structural and bodywork sector in the automotive supply industry. We also manufacture progressive tools using thread forms, silver contact rivets and assembly technology.

Try-out
In our modern competence testing centre, we can simulate integration pre-production before delivery, using the try-out procedure. Our hydraulic press, with a clamping force of 850 tons and a 3,200 millimetre long table, is also used by external clients for tool preparation. Here we produce samples and small batches, carry out tool assessments, for example in the context of expert services, and change or improve tools. With our consent, external clients are welcome to hire our press so that they can get to know the ropes and perhaps produce a small batch of items.

04 Series production

CNC-controlled processes for the highest precision
As a partner of reputable automotive suppliers, we series produce manufacture decorative interior and exterior components, design elements, trim strips and high-gloss parts made of aluminium and stainless steel.

Our production with modern hydraulic press lines is a multi-shift operation – constantly monitored, and in constant dialogue with development engineers and production management. CNC-controlled process sequences for turning, milling and wire cutting ensure the highest precision and consistent processing quality.

Quality checks are firmly integrated into the production process, and reinforce confidence in our series production. We test sophisticated components in cross examinations with Keyence measuring projectors.

As a modern toolmaking company with many years of experience, we focus our expertise on components with high quality requirements. Quality is our top priority – that applies to both products and processes. We are certified pursuant to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Quality management guarantees the documentation and continuous optimisation of processes.
